New Management Promotions at Medway Co-operative Bank

Sep 28, 2006, Medway, MA—Medway Co-operative Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of Michael B. Tuite to Retail Banking Manager and Susan Rodrigues to Assistant Branch Manager. The growing financial institution continues to expand its horizons by hiring and promoting accomplished individuals.

Michael B. Tuite will be in charge of overall management of Medway Co-operative Bank's Main Office with deposits of $110 million. He is responsible for new business generation, staff development, sales and operations management of the office.

Mr. Tuite has extensive experience in and a deep understanding of the financial services industry. He joined Medway Co-operative Bank as Personal Banker in May 2006. Most recently, he has served as Business Development Officer, Branch Officer, and Customer Service Officer at Milford National Bank. In total, Mr. Tuite has been a banking professional for over 20 years.

Mr. Tuite, who currently resides in Milford, is a graduate of Worcester State College where he earned his B.A. in Business Administration. Additionally, he has attended various seminars and workshops such as Program Yourself for Success, Basic Management Training, and Employee Motivation Program.

Susan Rodrigues, in her new position as Assistant Branch Manager, will focus on managing daily branch operations of the Main Office while providing a high level of service to existing customers. She will also support the Bank's sales efforts and help insure that the Retail Banking staff maintains service quality standards.

Ms. Rodrigues has many years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Medway Co-operative Bank, she had worked as a Teller, Customer Service Representative, and Assistant Branch Manager at Dean Co-operative Bank in Bellingham and Blackstone. Ms. Rodrigues joined Medway Co-operative Bank in 2005 as a Personal Banker.

"Sue's experience and professionalism will aid us in building stronger relations with our customers," confirmed Hamilton.

Ms. Rodrigues, who resides in Franklin, MA, completed her education at the Community College of Rhode Island and Katharine Gibbs School, Rhode Island. She has received a certificate in the Executive Administrative Certificate Program.
